• Sign the Service Agreement
• Download a set of the Client In-take Forms: - DOWNLOAD HERE
• Have your client fill them out and return them to you.

After you have reviewed the completed forms you will send them to us along with the required debtor documentation (list provided on Client Intake Forms).
